Perjalanan Jelajah Indonesia (PJI) is transforming coffee into a powerful engine for environmental and economic growth. Collaborating with local Forest Farmer Groups (KTH) at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level, PJI develops premium Arabica coffee—a variety that thrives under the canopy of protective shade trees, actively supporting reforestation.

With global demand soaring, Indonesia currently stands as the 4th largest coffee producer in the world. To celebrate this, PJI offers the “Coffee Experience,” an educational tourism attraction that connects travelers to the origin of their cup while empowering local communities.

By implementing “Sustainable Forest Management” principles, our agroforestry scheme creates a triple-threat of positive impact:
